Browse the spreadsheet ↗Read the platform notice separately from your order
On 30 October 2026, the official AllChinaBuy homepage displayed a maintenance notice. The notice attributed the interruption to an ongoing hacker attack and directed order enquiries to support. It did not provide a confirmed restoration date or the outcome of any individual order. This guide explains a practical recordkeeping method; it is not a live tracking service, an account inspection or confirmation that purchasing and warehouse functions are available.
Keep two separate questions in view: whether you can access the platform, and what evidence exists for your goods. A maintenance screen does not prove that a parcel has stopped moving. Equally, an accessible tracking page does not prove that every item in your account has shipped. Work from the last confirmed event for the specific order or parcel, and record where that information came from before deciding what to check next.
Separate product, order and tracking identifiers
A product listing, an agent order and a parcel are different records. Save the original marketplace link and selected option to identify the item. Save the order reference to identify your purchase instruction. Keep domestic tracking for the seller-to-warehouse movement separate from international tracking for the outgoing parcel. A directory product number is not automatically any of these references. Copy identifiers exactly, including letters, leading zeroes and the carrier named beside them.
Build one line per item in a private record: product link, option, quantity, order reference, last confirmed stage and evidence date. Add parcel references only when you can connect them to those items. Several purchases may be associated with one outgoing parcel, while other items may remain separate. Do not infer that grouping from matching product photos. A clearly documented relationship between records prevents one successful delivery from hiding an unresolved purchase.
Confirm what the purchase record actually establishes
Start by distinguishing a submitted instruction from a confirmed purchase. A saved product link, payment record or message may each establish a different part of the process. Read the wording attached to the order and any outstanding request for information. The stages in this article are an editorial framework, not a claim that AllChinaBuy currently uses these exact interface labels. Avoid translating an unfamiliar status into a stronger promise than its supporting record allows.
For example, an item awaiting a size choice needs a precise response about that option; a transaction reference alone will not resolve the choice. Keep the original message, your reply and the date together. If you cannot access the account, ask support to identify the last completed action and any action required from you. Do not create another order or repeat a payment merely because the earlier record is temporarily unavailable.
Distinguish seller dispatch from warehouse receipt
A seller's dispatch confirmation relates to movement toward the receiving address. It does not by itself establish that the agent warehouse has accepted and matched the goods to your order. Check whether a domestic tracking reference and carrier are provided, then read the event details on the carrier's own service. A delivery event is useful evidence, but it may still need reconciliation with the warehouse's item-level record.
When those records disagree, collect the order reference, domestic tracking reference, delivery event and exact missing item. Describe the discrepancy rather than declaring the package lost. Ask whether the delivery has been matched to the order or whether another identifier is needed. Do not merge similar orders in your notes: two shirts from one seller can have different dispatch records, and one domestic package can contain more than one ordered item.
Treat warehouse photos as an inspection stage
Warehouse receipt, photographs and international dispatch answer different questions. An inspection image may help establish which item was photographed, its visible condition and the recorded measurements. It does not demonstrate that an outgoing parcel has been handed to a carrier. Link the image to the right order, colour, size and quantity. Seller gallery pictures from a product directory are listing material, not evidence that your own goods have reached a warehouse.
Record any unresolved choice before moving on: whether a measurement needs clarification, an accessory is missing or the photographed option differs from your request. If a packing or shipment instruction exists, keep its confirmation separately from the inspection record. Storage deadlines, additional photo availability and changes to an existing instruction require current platform confirmation. A maintenance notice does not establish that a deadline has been extended or that a request has been accepted.
Separate parcel preparation from carrier acceptance
An outgoing parcel can have a preparation record, a shipping quote, a label and a carrier event. These are not interchangeable milestones. A tracking number or label can exist before the carrier records physical possession. Read the event description instead of relying only on a coloured progress bar. Compare the parcel reference, destination and included items with your own notes, while keeping addresses and other personal information out of public screenshots.
If the only visible event concerns electronic information or label creation, ask what evidence confirms the handoff. Do not assume dispatch from a fee payment or a packing photo alone. Conversely, a carrier acceptance event is evidence about that parcel, not a blanket confirmation that every warehouse item has left. Preserve the quoted route description and parcel contents so that a later tracking update can be connected to the correct shipment.
Investigate tracking that has stopped updating
Begin with a careful transcription check. Confirm the carrier, tracking number and parcel association, and inspect the most recent event date rather than the date when you opened the webpage. Record the event wording and its location if shown. Different services can display the same event with different translations or update times. A missing update is an information gap; it does not, on its own, establish loss, seizure or a delivery promise.
Compare the current record with the previous saved observation. If nothing has changed, identify the missing confirmation: warehouse handoff, carrier acceptance, an onward movement or delivery. Contact the party responsible for that stage using its official support route and ask a specific question. There is no universal number of silent days that proves an AllChinaBuy parcel is lost. Use the applicable carrier's published enquiry process and any written instructions attached to your shipment.
Read international and customs events literally
International tracking may describe departure, arrival, processing or a request for information. Read each event as the action actually recorded, not as a countdown to delivery. A departure scan does not guarantee an arrival date, and an arrival scan does not establish customs release. This guide does not supply tax thresholds, declaration values or clearance instructions. Those depend on the destination and the responsible authorities and carrier.
If an event requests documents or payment, verify the request through the official carrier or authority channel before responding. Do not use an unexpected message link as the only proof that a demand is genuine. Keep the request, reference and your response in your private record. An unclear translation should lead to clarification of the event, not a guess about its legal meaning or an attempt to change information without a verified instruction.
Follow the handoff and check delivery evidence
Some parcel journeys involve another carrier for the final movement. If the tracking record names a delivery partner or supplies a local reference, record both references and the relationship between them. Check the destination shown and the latest event on the identified carrier's official service. An unfamiliar reference can belong to the same parcel, but that connection needs evidence. Do not substitute a tracking number found in another buyer's post.
At delivery, distinguish the carrier's event from your own receipt and inspection. Check the parcel identifier and packaging before opening, and keep relevant photos if the contents or visible condition do not match the record. If tracking says delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, follow the carrier's published enquiry steps and describe what you have checked. Do not assume that a delivered scan settles the condition or completeness of every item inside.
Send support a concise evidence packet
A useful support request states one problem, the related order or parcel reference, the last confirmed event and the precise answer you need. Include the product option and quantity when the issue concerns an item. For a shipment issue, include the carrier and tracking reference. Attach only relevant records, with dates visible where possible. Ask for a written clarification of the next action rather than sending a long sequence of unrelated screenshots.
Use contact details obtained from the official AllChinaBuy website for platform questions. Keep passwords, one-time codes, full card numbers and unnecessary identity documents out of the request. Avoid posting complete addresses or order screenshots publicly. Save the case reference and any reply together so that a follow-up refers to the same issue. A support message is a request for assistance, not proof of a refund, dispatch or other completed outcome.
Maintain one timeline and one next action
Use a small timeline with five fields: observation date, record type, exact event, evidence source and next action. Keep the event date separately if it differs from your observation date. Preserve earlier entries when new information arrives rather than overwriting them. This makes it easier to explain a disagreement between a platform record and a carrier record, and avoids treating a newly translated description as an entirely new physical event.
Finish each review with a specific task: verify an item option, request warehouse matching, clarify handoff or follow a carrier enquiry. Check the official platform notice again before relying on account-dependent instructions, and update your notes if it changes. Website recovery and the resolution of an individual order are separate facts. A reliable tracking routine makes those distinctions visible and helps you ask the next useful question without inventing certainty.
