AllChinaBuy Fees Explained: Item Price, Domestic Delivery & Shipping

Build a clear AllChinaBuy cost ledger: verify item options, domestic delivery, optional services, payment effects and the separate international parcel quote.

Separate the item price from the complete purchase budget

An AllChinaBuy fee comparison should begin with a cost record, not a single attractive product price. Write down the exact item, seller, chosen option, quantity and currency before adding anything else. The price beside a directory image can help you discover a listing, but it may describe another variant or an earlier observation. Open the original listing and keep the selected option beside the amount. That small habit prevents a cheap starting price from becoming an inaccurate purchase total.

The official homepage displayed a maintenance notice on 30 October 2026, without a confirmed restoration date. Current prices and account functions require separate verification. The method below is an independent budgeting workflow. Its cost categories are questions to check, not a claim that AllChinaBuy currently charges every listed fee. A missing amount stays unknown until an applicable quote or transaction record supplies it.

Build a ledger with one row for each cost

Use a simple record with columns for the item or parcel, the charge description, the quoted amount, the currency, the evidence date and whether it has been paid. Add a final column for what the amount includes. For example, an item payment might already include seller delivery, while a parcel quotation might already include one packaging option. Keeping inclusions visible helps you avoid counting the same service twice when you combine screenshots, receipts and estimates.

Group the rows by stage: seller purchase, domestic delivery, optional services and international parcel. Add payment or conversion effects only when they apply to the transaction being compared. This is a planning structure, not an official fee schedule. If a service is unavailable, do not fill its row with a number from an old blog. Label it “not currently quoted” and keep the subtotal separate from the incomplete overall budget.

Check the exact product option and quantity

A seller listing may offer several sizes, colours, sets or versions under one page. Confirm which option produces the displayed price and whether the quantity refers to one piece, one pair or a bundle. A shoe accessory, replacement component or minimum option may be much cheaper than the main item. Match the cart description to your intended product before comparing candidates. A lower price is useful only when it buys the same thing you meant to select.

For more than one unit, calculate quantity times the applicable unit price and record any conditions attached to a quantity tier. Do not assume a wholesale-looking page gives the same price for a single item. Keep products from different sellers as separate rows even when they look alike. That separation preserves the information needed to investigate a price change, a missing piece or a domestic delivery charge later.

Keep Chinese domestic delivery separate from international shipping

Domestic delivery describes the journey from the seller to the receiving warehouse. International shipping describes a later parcel journey to the destination country. A listing that advertises delivery included may refer only to the domestic leg. Record the destination and scope of each delivery amount instead of treating the word “shipping” as a complete explanation. Confirm whether a seller's delivery charge applies per order, per item or under some other stated condition.

Combining items from one seller may produce a different domestic quote from buying each separately, but do not assume that saving until the order shows it. Equally, several seller parcels arriving at one warehouse do not establish the final international parcel price. Preserve the domestic subtotal while the international amount is still unknown. This makes the next decision honest: you know what has been quoted, and you know which later expense still needs evidence.

Include optional services only after choosing them

Detailed photographs, additional measurements, packing changes or other services should enter your budget only if they are offered, relevant to your order and separately priced. Record what the service will deliver and whether an existing charge already covers it. A request for one useful measurement may answer your question better than a vague request for more pictures. The purpose is to buy information or handling that changes a decision, rather than adding services automatically.

Keep the approval and price together in your records. If a service has not been accepted or quoted, mark it as a possible expense, not a confirmed liability. When comparing two plans, state which services each includes. A cheaper plan that removes a necessary inspection or protection step is a different plan, not necessarily an equivalent saving. Do not assume an old service description establishes present availability, free allowances or current prices.

Record payment and currency effects without counting them twice

Compare the amount charged to your payment method with the amount credited or applied to the order, using the actual transaction record. If a conversion rate or a separate payment charge is shown, record its currency and the stage where it applies. Keep a quote in its original currency until you have a consistent basis for comparison. Mixing a directory's approximate dollar display with a later settlement amount can make ordinary conversion differences look like unexplained product fees.

If you use an account balance, distinguish funding that balance from spending it. Adding the full top-up and the same item payment into one purchase total counts the same money twice. Likewise, do not add a separately estimated conversion allowance when your chosen comparison already uses the final amount charged in your own currency. This is a recordkeeping check; it does not recommend a payment provider, predict exchange rates or establish refund eligibility.

Read the international quote as a parcel quote

International freight depends on the parcel and the available route, not just the number printed beside a product. When a quote is available, retain its destination, contents, measured weight, outside dimensions and stated charging basis. Check the included services and any separately listed additions. A tentative item-weight estimate cannot substitute for a packed-parcel measurement. For the detailed distinction between scale weight and volume weight, use the separate shipping guide rather than treating this ledger as a calculator.

Compare quotations that describe the same contents and destination. Different packaging, route conditions or included services make a headline price comparison incomplete. Leave any destination-dependent charges as a separately identified unknown unless you have an applicable reliable source; do not turn a route label into a promise about the final amount due. Save the quotation date, because a useful budget must identify which observation it relies on.

Work through an explicitly fictional cost example

Consider a hypothetical budget in CNY, unrelated to any live AllChinaBuy quote. Item A costs 120 and item B costs 180, so goods total 300. Suppose the two domestic deliveries are quoted at 10 and 15, one chosen optional service at 18, and international freight at 160. The subtotal is 300 + 25 + 18 + 160 = 503 CNY. These invented amounts demonstrate the ledger only; they do not describe platform rates, current availability or a recommended shopping budget.

If a separate, applicable payment charge of 12 CNY were confirmed and was not already included, this fictional scenario would become 515 CNY. If the optional service were removed while every other assumption stayed unchanged, the original subtotal would instead be 485 CNY. Neither change proves a different freight price. Keep excluded or unquoted expenses beside the example so that the arithmetic subtotal is not mistaken for a guaranteed landed cost.

Compare scenarios before committing to the next stage

Make two columns for realistic alternatives: the same item from another seller, a different quantity, or another packing plan. Change only the rows for which you have new evidence and leave the rest explicit. This makes the source of a difference visible. A product that is 20 CNY cheaper may not be cheaper overall if the domestic delivery or required handling differs. You cannot resolve that comparison by looking at the item thumbnail alone.

Use three labels consistently: quoted, estimated and unknown. A quoted amount still has a date and scope; an estimate has assumptions; an unknown requires a further check. Do not silently replace one label with another when sharing the budget. Before approving a later step, reconcile amounts already paid with the current request and ask for clarification if an unexplained line appears. Avoid duplicate instructions while an earlier request remains unresolved.

Keep the evidence needed to explain the final total

Save the original product link, selected variant, quantity, dated quote, payment record and any accepted service instruction. When the order moves to a parcel, add the parcel identifier and the quote used for that stage. Keep order identifiers and parcel identifiers in separate fields. If the amount changes, compare the same fields across the two records and identify the changed input before assuming a new fee has appeared.

Your final review should answer four practical questions: what has already been paid, what is being requested now, what the new amount includes, and what remains outside it. If one answer is missing, the budget is not complete enough to explain confidently. Return to the original listing or the appropriate account record, obtain the missing detail and update the ledger. This produces a useful purchasing record without pretending that an independent article can supply live account prices.
